Yes – downloading the app and browsing is free for customers. Sellers and Service Providers pay a small transaction fee on completed sales and service completed, plus optional fees for featured listings and verification.
Every seller and service provider completes a verification process before listing on Bayna. Verified badges appear on their profiles, and customer reviews build their reputation over time.
Bayna currently supports mobile-money payments through Orange Money and AfriMoney and Bank Cards with additional payment methods planned. Cash on delivery is available in select categories.
